Q. What makes your products supreme quality while many companies have same claims of quality products?
A. To claim quality is one thing and to deliver it another. Product quality is maintained in our multi-step quality control procedure. All of our products are produced according to the preset product spec-sheets or tech-packs of each product which contains all the details and criteria about the manufacturing of a product from beginning to the completion of an order and from the purchase of raw material to the shipment of a consignment. These tech packs are developed, soon after receiving of an order, by our quality assurance department with the coordination of research and development and production departments. The customer feedback always holds importance in this process as well as in house consistent quality control procedures. These tech packs are distributed to the entire setup involved in manufacturing directly or indirectly and these are kept as standing instructions and reference guides. This helps us in achieving desired results and coordinating the operations of purchasing, production, packaging and quality control departments as well as export and accounts departments. With this effective control over ‘information preparation and implementation’, a consistent and harmonized quality product is produced and the whole process is carefully examined to check any lapse that may happen or could be happened in future. The outcome of this effort is topnotch quality of our products, on time deliveries, superb customer services and flourishing business of our customers giving them an edge over their competitors.

A. Just send an email to us with your required specification. We are constantly introducing new styles and developing products to meet the specific and changing needs of our customers.

Q. What is your minimum order quantity?
A. We usually do not set any limit for minimum quantity for placing an order for our running items. However, we suggest you to contact us for information on MOQ for a new product development.

Q. What is your pricing policy?
A. Following are the clauses of our pricing policy.
*Prices are quoted in currencies US dollar, Euro or UK pound, as per customer request.
*Prices are likely to remain firm in future. However, we reserves the rights to cancel an order or request for variation in price due to market fluctuation but once the order is confirmed, the price will not be changed.
*All quoted prices have certain validity period and are therefore subject to our final confirmation.
*Any changes in the shipping costs or insurance rates are on account of the buyer.

A. The production proceeds on after approval of samples. For sample approval, we need to get customer’s logo and complete product details from customer. If design, logo or product material is changed by the customer, the new samples may take more time. So we emphasis there should not be any misunderstanding on the samples and other details of the order. Things get fast and easier by quick and comprehensive communication between seller and buyer. Secondly, our production department arranges all orders in strict schedule after arrival of T/T in advance or L/C. The earlier the information and payment reaches, the sooner the delivery time will be.

A. We have inducted highly capable computer guided technologies in all departments of our company. We constantly upgrade our system and provide latest and modern techniques, machinery and training to our workers. Research and development, quality control labs, raw material sourcing, designing, product specs and new product development facilities work as mechanism for innovation of products.

Q. Please provide information about packaging?
A. All available packaging solutions, quantity, material and printing on cartons are available. Products are packed according to the needs of the customers. The packaging is available for air and sea worthy packing materials.

Q. Can the logo of company or individual be printed, embossed or embroidered on the products?
A. Yes, the logo or name can be printed, embossed or embroidered depending on the nature of product but you must be the lawful owner of that logo, design, trade mark or brand name. The evidence of your lawful ownership can be asked for by us.

Q. What about child labor and workers exploitation, which seems common in some developing countries?
A. Our work force is regarded as one of our assets and wings. Like all flying objects, we take great care of our wings in all respects. All of our products are free from child labor and from any other form of exploitation of the employees. We make sure that no one who is under aged is employed in our factory.
